The iconic Dutch blues group Cuby + Blizzards collaborated with the American blues singer Eddie Boyd on their album Praise The Blues. The piano blues of Boyd perfectly fits in the sound of the Blizzards. Boyd shows the purity of the blues in his voice and he brings the songs in a modest and impressive way to the listeners. Ten of his own pieces and the blues classic Little Red Rooster (Willie Dixon) were recorded in 1966. What makes it so special is the fact that the 52-years old American blues singer was joined by three Dutch boys, aged 18, 20 and 21. A pure classic and a must-have for every blues lover.
